Our Mother of Perpetual Help School admits all students regardless of religion, race, ethnic origin, to all rights and privileges and programs.

Registration of New Students

Registrations for the school year are taken beginning with January of the preceding school year for which they will attend.  Students must be 5 by September 1st to enter Kindergarten.
The following items are required for pre-admission to OMPH School.

Admission Procedure for OMPH School

1.      Return completed pre-admission forms along with all required items on checklist.

                        Pre-admission forms for Pre-school                     Pre-admission forms for Kindergarten - Grade 8

2.      Interview is held with family and principal.

3.      The admissions committee reviews and discusses the applicant’s pre-admission information.

4.      Student may spend a day at OMPH School once all of the above is completed.

5.      Notification of enrollment is sent  (Acceptance will be conditional upon a review of the student’s first four weeks.)

6.      Complete formal registration

-          registration form

-          copy of legal custody documentation (if applicable)

-          submit registration fee

-          tuition contract
